I am Patrizia Ravarino, and I have had the privilege of managing two restaurants in Tuscany for many years: a gourmet one in Pienza and another specializing in traditional cuisine in San Quirico d’Orcia. These experiences allowed me to deepen my knowledge of the gastronomic excellence of this land, learning how to combine the sophistication of gourmet cuisine with the authenticity of traditional Tuscan dishes.
Today, I have chosen to dedicate my expertise as a private chef to an elite and refined audience, offering exclusive and personalized culinary experiences. I specialize in preparing dishes from the Tuscan tradition, with particular attention to the quality of ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, I organize cooking classes where I share my passion and knowledge, creating an authentic and engaging experience.

I am Mauro Morigi, a passionate wine lover, and my goal is to transform every dinner into a unique experience. I love pairing wines with taste and elegance, choosing the ones that best match each course to enhance the flavors and make every moment special.
With a deep knowledge of wine and great passion, I offer a professional and refined service, always accompanied by a touch of friendliness to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
My mission is to elevate your dishes and provide you with a convivial and sophisticated evening you won’t forget.

What We Do 
My job consists of offering unique gastronomic experiences, directly from the comfort of your home kitchen. It’s a passion that I deeply love! Preparing, cooking, and serving delicious dishes for you, your family, and your friends will be an immense pleasure for me. And to make everything even more special, we can pair my recipes with a carefully selected bottle of wine.
We will create your menu together, based on your tastes and preferences. You can choose an appetizer, a first course, a main course, and a dessert, or opt for a richer menu with additional courses, depending on your needs. The menu will be the same for all guests, with exceptions made for any allergies or dietary intolerances, ensuring an unforgettable experience for everyone.

Cooking Class
What We Do 
With our cooking classes, you’ll have the opportunity to learn how to prepare traditional Tuscan dishes in a convivial, cheerful, and informal atmosphere. The classes take place directly in your holiday home and, in approximately four hours, we’ll guide you through the recipes that make this region so unique.
Together, we’ll cook an authentic Tuscan lunch, starting with appetizers, moving on to handmade fresh pasta (such as tagliatelle, gnocchi, and ravioli), and finishing with a traditional dessert.
At the end of the cooking session, we’ll sit down together to enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared with your own hands, accompanied by excellent wine, for an authentic and unforgettable experience!

Private Chef from € 140 for person
Cooking Class from € 180 for person
The proposal is to be considered excluding beverages. A 30% deposit is required via bank transfer at least 15 days before the event. We reserve the right to modify dishes based on product availability. The price includes final cleaning of the kitchen and all equipment. It is necessary to be informed of any allergies or intolerances of the guests at least one week before the event to ensure optimal service.
